Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you wish to exchange your online purchase, please send your shoes back with a copy of your invoice and the completed slip returns slip that is located inside the shoe box.

Please find the Windsor Smith ONLINE returns policy below:

  • Windsor Smith can replace items only if they have a manufacturing fault or wrong size.
  • Returns will be exchanged/refunded at company's discretion
  • We cannot accept worn shoes
  • We cannot accept goods more than 30 days past delivery.
  • We can only process goods purchased through windsorsmith.com
  • We will notify of your refund via e-mail after we have received and processed the retuned item.
  • Refund will be charged back to your credit card usually within 7-14 business days after we receive your return.
